Who we are
This website, techport.tech, is run by Techport, Sosandra, Pella, Greece. For anything about your personal data, write to thomas@techport.tech.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, email address, business name (if you give one), the type of project and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to discuss your project. The legal basis is your request to be contacted.
- Visit statistics. Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, Google Analytics records visit information such as the pages you view, your device type and your country. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (for example IP address and time of request) to keep the site secure and working.
Who processes the data for us
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google Ireland Ltd provides Google Analytics, only with your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data and we do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows, and at most two years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.
